18" tall, charming, antique bisque sockethead model incised: Petite Francaise, J V (with anchor) France/6/Liane. Circa1915-24, Limoges, France, she has beautiful, threaded blue glass eyes, light brown, one-stroke eyebrows to match her long blond, human hair (French labeled) wig, original cork pate and an open (but looks nearly closed) mouth with molded teeth. Her original, French body has straight, walking legs with joints at her wrists, elbows and shoulders. She may have originally also had a voicebox as the body has been professionally repainted long ago. And she wears a lovely, pale blue, satin gown made from a French doll pattern with matching pantaloons and slip-needs shoes and socks. Makes a wonderful presentation, excellent condition.
