Adorable face with watermelon mouth and huge side-glancing painted eyes, pug nose, chubby cheeks, molded tufts of hair over each ear, at the back and topknot, clean cloth body with pink cloth legs, pudgy shaped tummy. The name: Rose Bud-Bailey is written on torso, has good coloring-slight old retouch probable. Really a great little, unusual KEWPIE wearing antique two-piece, striped flannel pajamas with pink trim.
