Huge 24" tall, VERY RARE character toddler #1322 by Alt, Beck & Gottschalck and incised: A B & G over 1322 over 55 (no Germany) indicates an early model. (13th Blue Book-Foulke lists the largest size @14"-16" value $1000.) She has such an expressive face with deep dimples close to her mouth, huge brown glass, sleep eyes with real hair lashes as well as upper and lower painted lashes, and an open/closed molded mouth with tongue and two molded in teeth (very square cut), multi-stroke brows and excellent coloring. Her fabulous toddler body has all its original finish with some light touch up to her hands, one finger has been reglued. The chubby jointed body has joints at the knees and elbows, wrists, shoulders and at the wide hips, wonderful big feet, replaced short blond wig, lovely antique baby undies, dress slip and bonnet with rosettes. Excellent condition. A treasure!
