5 1/2" tall, all celluloid, character boy incised: turtle SCHUTZ-MARKE 14 Germany with painted features, legs molded apart to stand, jointed at his shoulders with slightly bent arms and good finger and toe detail, sweet expression, very life-like detail (very slight small dent at forehead near hair,) otherwise excellent, undressed, c.1900 by Rheinische Gummi.
