Mint-in-box, Whimsie character doll, "Wheeler the Dealer", c.1960, 20" long, stuffed vinyl with downcast eyes, bald head, smiling mouth and mustache. He wears his original, blue striped shirt with collar, red vest with clover leaf gold pin, black trousersand black felt shoe (one missing). He also wears green glass shades and has the original large, wirst tag and black bow tie. Comes in his original, "Whimsie" labeled, decorated gift box with all the characters in this line pictured on the sides. Excellent, clean.
