Beautiful, mint-in-box, UFDC National Convention, 1991, souvenir doll, "Janette", as shown on page 230, 14th Blue Book-Doll Values-Foulke. She has a porcelain shoulderhead, lower arms and legs (with pale blue flat-soled slippers and garters) with hard-stuffed, very feminine shaped, corseted-type body, lovely, brown painted eyes, eyeshadow and outlined mouth. She also has deeply molded hollow at her throat and nicely molded breasts. Fully signed and numbered on the back of the shoulders she comes complete in original presentation box along with several descriptive articles about the doll and the artist (now deceased). The doll measures 13 1/2" tall with an elaborate hairstyle with lots of tendrils and delicate features. Included with the doll is the rare, oversize (12" x 19" wide) embossed-covered portfolio of patterns and autographed certificate, also in mint condition. Exceptional collector's set.
