11 1/2" tall, all composition and original, Effanbee, "Patricia-Kin", VERY RARE and hard to find member of the PATSY family, c.1935, (Patricia series) with original brown, human hair wig, beautiful sleep, brown eyes, perfect hair lashes and closed mouth, excellent coloring. She wears her original red cotton pleated skirt with attached matching panties, white shirt and matching red cotton jacket with white collar, red ties, long sleeves, socks and original black leatherette shoes with side button-snaps, red straw hat. WONDERFUL doll in excellent condition, signed on her head: Patricia-Kin and on her shoulders:Effanbee/Patsy Jr./Doll.
