15" tall, very early, c.1920s, Patsy-type or pre-Patsy with deeply molded, redish-blond, bobbed hairstyle with molded headband and bangs. She has a closed mouth and painted blue eyes, rosey cheeks (slightly pouty look) with a composition shoulderhead on original, crude-type, stuffed cloth body with straight (1920's style) cloth legs with black sewn-on shoes and socks, jointed full compo. arms and wears her original flower-printed cotton dress with short sleeves, inset bib and lace trimmed collar, unmarked. Looks like she never had a home and is in almost new-like condition with one tiny paint craze line at her chin and another inside one hand. Really a great example of these Patsy look-alikes as seen in so many old childhood photos.
