Lovely bisque shoulderhead (only), aprox. 4" tall with four sew holes for a cloth body, signed: Frances Reedy at the edge of the plate. Beautiful face with painted features with blue eyes (very detailed), blond curly hair that is covered by a draped blue scarf. Excellent condition, probably c.1940s.
