Circa 1948, button-in-ear, raised letters: Steiff with ff underscored, and full cloth label sewn in leg: Made in US-Zone Germany ride-on donkey, straw filled with working pull-lever for voice, grey mohair with black trim, mane needs to be supplemented, glass eyes, red leatherette saddle, most of his blue felt saddle blanket still remains, black rubber rims on dark blue wheels. He is in generally good condition with minimal wear to fur, clean and very sturdy, tail is intact, stands 17" high (plus ears) and 21" long.
