Pattern for ball gown and pantalettes for 20" tall, (circa 1862) "Scarlet O'Hara" doll (dress & slip) from the Humpty Dumpty Doll Hospital in Calif. Included is another pattern for "Dolly Madison". Both mailed in a large envelope in 1962 for eight cents!
