CHARMING pair of signed Molly-e Raggedy Ann and Andy, made only 1935-1938, each measuring about 19" tall. Each is FULLY SIGNED across their chest: Raggedy Ann and Raggedy Andy Dolls/Manufactured by Molly-'es Doll Outfitters, Inc. with a solid red painted heart. Both have large, painted side- glancing eyes, black outlined nose smiling mouth with red line in center and three lower lashes, brows, redish orange yarn hair and the unusual striped legs and blue shoes as shown on page 23, "Raggedy Family Album"- Garrison. Andy HAS BEEN SOLD. Ann's dress, apron & pantaloons are original (owner also made her new pantaloons) and overpainted her eyes (very well done) and covered her torso & legs with sheer stocking as her body is very deteriorated-arms and face okay-hair trimmed.
