16" tall, vinyl limited edition series, "The Presidents", 1983-4 only, first edition, GEORGE WASHINGTON, by Effanbee in his complete outfit: tan felt breeches and vest over white ruffled shirt, tan felt lined, navy blue felt dress jacket with double row of gold buttons, long red felt lined, navy blue cloak and black boots with brown trim, original booklet tag tied to the wrist, fully jointed, very realistic. Has blue shoulder sash and black ribbon in his molded white hair which is pulled back. Very nice Legend Series doll with good likeness.
