Mint-in-box, c.1950s, 11 1/2" tall, toddler girl with hard plastic torso and toddler legs, vinyl head and arms. She has sleep, blue eyes with lashes, an open/closed mouth with upper teeth and thick, blond rooted hair in braids with bangs. She is dressed in a cute, two-piece cotton playsuit (green shorts and yellow top) with embroidery trim and matching bonnet with big brim, green side-button shoes and white socks. She wears her heart shaped wrist tag with full description in german, box has cute colorful graphics on all sides and paper lace trim (plastic window top is missing). Labels read: Made in Western Germany expressly for B. Altman & Co., New York. 1937/30. Bruderlein fein Schwesterlein klein. Excellent condition and good quality doll. She resembles the Bonomi dolls of Italy.
