Pair of adorable, antique celluloid, Kewpie dolls (possibly made in Japan) with jointed arms having starfish hands and stiff legs together to stand. They have beautifully painted features with huge side-glancing eyes, long eyelashes, rosey cheeks and smiling, watermelon shaped mouths as well as molded and painted tufts of hair. They are nearly completely covered by their "fur" bunny costumes including huge bunny ears and cotton tails. They measure 4" tall and 5" to the tip of their ears. Were probably made as party or Easter favors and are in excellent condition except for two very tiny pin holes in one. Precious!
