21" tall, lovely, all original, German papiermache shoulderhead, c.1880-90, with very deeply molded & painted, curly blond hair (not the commonly found hairstyle) with thick waves across her forehead, beautiful features with finely painted lower lashes, double lid lines, detailed eyes with white highlights, multi-stroke brows, original finish throughout, some wear to cheek blush, chin, original pink muslin, sawdust-filled body with compo. lower arms, all original clothing, pantaloons, slip and striped gown with pink trim, original pink shoes. Charming early doll in very nice condition.
