Wonderful, 4 1/2" tall, early celluloid rattle, probably made in Germany- no marks, figure of a colonial boy holding a bunch of flowers, wears tri- corner hat over hair in colonial wig style, detailed westcoat with buttons, tall boots, ruffle at neck, pink and blue-excellent condition.
