22" tall, German, metal shoulderhead child with pretty, blue inset, glass eyes, open mouth and unusual, solid dome head, incised: Germany (back) and Minerva (front) with good kid body with pin jointed hips, gusseted knees and cloth lower legs (some leaking in the legs covered by stockings). Very nice example of these early dolls, she has finely painted upper & lower lashes, multi-stroke brows, nice wig and appropriate clothing. Big sister to previous doll, she has no chips, dents or repainting. Needs arms.
