10 1/2" tall, "Valentina Ballerina" dancing doll, style #803 by the Valentine Doll. Co., c.1950s. Her body is hard plastic with a swivel waist, jointed hard plastic (gracefully curved) arms and legs with jointed knees and molded-on pink ballet toe shoes, additional joints at shoulders and hips. Her vinyl head has medium brown, rooted hair in upsweep style, sleep eyes, molded lashes and closed mouth, pretty face. She wears her original, white satin and tule tutu with silver trim. Marked on her neck: 11 V W. Very good condition and the perfect companion piece to our item #3685 (which includes her pedestal).
