Companion piece to item #4202, another precious antique bisque (unglazed porcelain) 3 1/2" x 2 3/4" wide, figurine of a black child with red cap and green trousers with suspenders standing between some trees relieving himself while a large white goose is reaching between the tree trunks to bite! Incised: 4941 on the back, it is of high quality with intaglio eyes and an open mouth on the youngster, excellent condition in the manner of G.Heubach Both these pieces have open tree trunks to hold a pen or flower, etc.
