15" long, hard rubber, c.1940-50, "Dy-Dee Baby" by Effanbee with applied rubber ears, open mouth/nurser, molded & painted hair and jointed rubber, baby body. She has sleep eyes with thick lashes (eyelashes on one eye are are gone, eyelids have some chipped paint). She needs some attention as her ears are very brittle and there is some surface crazing to the rubber on one leg and her fingers. She is complete, however, in the ORIGINAL nursery layette gift box with all the color photos of how to care for her. She wears her original pink flannel gown and an extra pink jacket.
