Great "Dy-Dee Baby" accessory, c.1950, this Effanbee layette box has four different vintage illustrations of the doll and her accessories, some of which are in the hinged box to fit the 9-10 1/2" baby. Contained in the box, which measures 11 1/2" x 5 1/2" x 3 3/4", are her bottle in the bottle holder/ heart pillow, matching ruffled bib, undershirt, robe and matching quilted baby bag with drawstring. All items are in good condition. Also fits item #4481, baby.
