22" tall, OUTSTANDING example, composition, signed: Effanbee/"Patsy Lou" across her shoulders with sleep brown eyes (need oil), closed mouth and orig. honey blond, human hair wig, perfect hair lashes as well as painted lashes and brows, (molded hair beneath wig). She wears ORIGINAL OUTFIT, red and white checked cotton skirt with shoulder straps over matching red and white romper-type shorts with attached pale yellow blouse with sleeves* matching covered buttons, original leatherette shoes with side snaps and original socks. *blouse has red & white cotton checkered peter pan collar- all cotton parts of outfit are excellent altho the pale yellow blouse is some sort of light taffeta or silk and that has deteriorated (splits and frays). Composition is excellent with no crazing or repaint.
