9 1/2" long, c.1930s, flat-face, oil painted "topsy-turvy" doll with black faced child on one end and white child on the opposite side. The little black girl has three black yarn tufts as well as her painted hair peeking out beneath her red and white polka dot-printed hood, expressive brown eyes and cute mouth. Her dress is the same material as the hood, red ribbon at neckline. The white child as three yellow yarn tufts as well as blond painted hair (some wear to the paint, could easily be touched up), blue eyes. Her dress and hood are a flower print which reverses, white lace at neckline. Generally very good condition with slight paint wear at hair.
