Souvenir from the 1969 Kewpiesta, National Rose O'Neill Club-shows a Kewpie type figure made of nuts and plaster, hands held up and playing a drum in his lap, has tiny blue wings and sits on a base with the information(above) printed on a "grassing" area. Nice little item.
