10 1/2" tall, RARE character toddler, molde #251 with molded OPEN/CLOSED mouth (as shown on page 275, "12th Blue Book"-Foulke), ours is much cuter! She has pretty, sleep blue glass eyes, finely painted upper & lower lashes, closed mouth with parted lips to show her molded tongue, excellent coloring, five-piece baby-style body and is incised: 251 G.B. Germany A. 4/O.M. D.R.G.M. 248/1. She has an old human hair wig in long, light blond ringlets and wears her original pink cotton plaid dress with blue flower trim, slip. She has a silent cry box still inside her tummy. Very hard to find character, c.1910. PRECIOUS toddler child will fit right in the arms of a larger dolly or in a display cabinet.
