19" long, composition swivel head signed: Effanbee/Made in U.S.A. "Tommy Tucker", (Sweetie Pie, Mickey, Baby Bright Eyes and Katie), c.1939-49. Beautiful toddler baby with huge, FLIRTY, blue sleep eyes with perfect inset hair lashes as well as painted lower lashes and eyebrows, closed mouth, pretty coloring and molded and painted curly brown hair, original (clean-no stains) pink cloth body and composition baby hands.
