She has the vinyl over-sleeve arms that bend at the elbow and hard plastic legs that BEND at the knee, flat feet and she is wearing her ORIGINAL, taffeta street dress with blue and white baloons, puff sleeves and lace trim. Very pretty doll with excellent coloring and finger detail.
