29" tall, antique French bisque sockethead child incised: DEP (only) and 13 at the base of the neck, also: smudged red stamp (probably Jumeau). She has the deeply molded eye sockets with painted lower lashes and remnants of her hair lashes, big blue glass, sleep eyes (need resetting as slightly lose), original, long brunette, human hair wig, multi-stroke brows, open outlined mouth with row of porcelain teeth, pretty cheek blush and PIERCED EARS. Has original repainted Jumeau body with voice mechanism & holes for "talking" strings, beautifully costumed in pleated gold cotton brocade dress, lace trim and metal rosettes, black hair robbon. Heavy french doll in excellent condition (some small wig pulls under wig, which don't show), original cork pate with plaster, elegant slip, pantaloons, etc. LOVELY, LARGE french doll.
