Adorable, antique black bisque (unglazed porcelain) figurine from Germany, c.1890-1915, 3" tall x 3" wide of a cute little black boy opening his pants next to a tree trunk and well with a large goose about to bite. Wonderful detail with deep modeling incised in base: 5818 with "Sylvan Beach" printed on the back. Excellent condition in the manner of Geb. Heubach.
