U.S. Patent Off./Copyright 1918-1920 by John B. Gruelle/Georgene Novelties, Inc./New York City/Exclusive Licensed Manufacturers/Made in U.S.A. She has the small, red printed "I love you" heart on her left side and wears appropriate (home-made?) tiny-flower printed, cotton dress in the exact style of Georgene. Wonderful, clean condition with some wear to her nose and fading to the large whites of her eyes, small area of wear to one foot. Great, early example of this very popular cloth doll.
