SET OF FOUR cloth nursery rhyme characters, Goldilocks is 9 1/2" tall with red & white checkered cloth stuffed body with shaped feet and mitt-type hands with separate thumbs, oilcloth painted face with blond hair and blue eyes, attached big ruffled bonnet, matching ruffled skirt with red trim. Three bears are identical, two are 7" tall of brown fur plush with brown glass-like eyes, shaped snouts with red tongues and stitched snouts, the third bear is slightly larger, all have jointed arms and legs with shaped feet. Each is tagged Dakin, c.1940-55. Excellent condition. Some slight wear on flesh paint on Goldilocks. Adorable set.
