17" tall, all hard plastic girl, c.1949, by The Advance Doll & Toy Co., Ct. called "Wanda, The Walking Wonder". This heavy doll houses a walking mechanism that turns her head, moves her arms and legs (with rollers in her shoes) to walk with a large key under her arm. She has lovely coloring, sleep eyes with perfect hair lashes and closed mouth, original thick brown mohair wig with bangs in perfect condition. She wears her original teddy-style underwear-just needs a cotton dress and maybe a bonnet. One arm has separated slightly on the seam and just needs regluing. Very cute, fifties doll with molded on white shoes (that cover the rollers), original white nylon socks. Ask about her "sisters"-just arrived.
