Fantastic accessory for our item #3814, 1 3/4" diameter, original metal advertising pin for Ideal's "Blessed Event" doll. It has a blue background with a picture of a stork carrying a newborn baby in a large diaper (in white) and the words Ideal's Just Born "Blessed Event" doll in red and blue with clouds in the back, excellent condition.
