Composition, 9 1/2" tall, signed Effanbee Patsyette Doll with beautiful, painted brown, side-glancing eyes and molded, short hair, excellent finish and condition, wearing what appears to be her original, cotton, teddy-style underwear and flower printed, cotton, short dress with brown bodice, straw bonnet, socks and black leatherette, replaced side button shoes. Very nice.
